For a more in-depth analysis on your Page, you can utilize the tracker from Facebook Pixel integration. This tracker can serve as both a tracker and a trigger to detect specific behaviors on your Page. For example, if you want to know how many people made a payment, you can create a tracker on a button to track those who made a payment. From there, you can analyze the data obtained through the tracker.
Before using the tracker on your Page, make sure you have activated Facebook Pixel integration as all analytic data will be stored in Facebook Pixel. To activate Facebook Pixel, you can read more here.
If you have activated Facebook Pixel, here is how to activate the Tracker on your Page. Please note that components that support the Tracker are only Button, Image, Form, and Navigation.
- Go to the Page menu and select the Page you want to add the Tracker to.
- Select the component you want to add the Tracker to. Then enable the Tracker.
- The Pixel Event will appear. Select the specific behavior you want. Events here are some sample behaviors directly from Facebook Pixel, such as 'Payment', 'Lead', 'Start Trial', and others. You can also create your own Event name by typing it.
- After adding the Tracker, you can start publishing the Page. Make sure you have activated Facebook Pixel integration through the 'Setting' button. To check if the Tracker is installed correctly, you can view it through the Preview Page, and a notification will appear on the component that has the Tracker installed.
- Also, check the pixel in your Facebook Pixel campaign. Make sure the Event you entered is also recorded in Facebook Pixel.
NOTE: If you have an ads blocker extension, make sure it is turned off to get optimal results while setting up the Facebook Pixel Tracker.
