In this article, you will learn how to automatically receive a tax invoice after making a payment.
The first step is to provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN) information in the Mailtarget dashboard by following the instructions below:
- Log in to your Mailtarget account.
- Click "User Menu" at the top right corner and select "Billing," or click "Settings" in the sidebar and select "Billing."
- Click the "Billing Setting" button and select the "Documents" menu.
- In this section, you will see "Invoice Information & Tax Information" which you need to fill out.
. - Check the "Require tax invoice" box to automatically generate a tax invoice after making a payment. Click the "Update" button to complete your configuration.
- A confirmation will appear asking if you want to request a Tax Invoice, click "Yes."
- Your Tax Invoice will appear in the "Tax Invoice" section at the bottom.
