This article will discuss how to downgrade your Mailtarget subscription package.
Downgrade Subscription Package
- First, log in to your Mailtarget account.
- Click the User menu in the top right corner, then select Billing; or click Settings in the sidebar and select Billing.
- You will see a list of your subscription packages.
- Click the Update My Package button, and you will be directed to the Update My Package page.
- On this page, there is information about your current subscription package.
- Select the desired package and add additional features if needed, and adjust your email sending estimate.

- You will see the difference in quota compared to the previous subscription package, as well as information about changes to the subscription package that may affect ongoing campaigns.
- Click the Continue button to choose tax settings, payment method, and receive your bill.

- After the payment is complete, you can click the Confirm Payment button to finalize the transaction, don't forget to upload your proof of payment.
